TrueLevel - Bubble Level Tool

By downloading or using TrueLevel, you agree to these product-specific terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If a mandatory Apple or local-law term conflicts with these terms, that mandatory term controls.
TrueLevel readings depend on device sensors, placement, case, and calibration. Do not rely on the app for safety-critical, structural-engineering, or other work where an inaccurate measurement could cause harm. Use a professional calibrated tool for critical measurements.
Bubble Level, Angle Finder, and calibration are available without a purchase. A current TrueLevel Pro entitlement unlocks saved readings, Lock & Hold, plumb mode, and haptic confirmation.
TrueLevel Pro offers a weekly auto-renewing subscription, a yearly auto-renewing subscription, and a one-time lifetime purchase processed by Apple. U.S. base prices are $1.99 per week, $9.99 per year, and $14.99 for lifetime access. Prices may vary by country or region; the localized price Apple displays before confirmation is the price that applies.
The 3-day free trial applies only when Apple confirms that a customer is eligible for the weekly introductory offer. When the trial ends, Apple automatically charges the localized weekly price shown before confirmation unless the subscription is canceled. The yearly subscription and lifetime purchase do not include a free trial. Weekly and yearly subscriptions renew for their respective billing periods unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Lifetime access is a one-time, non-consumable purchase and does not renew.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless Apple states otherwise; it does not ordinarily provide a retroactive refund. Purchasing lifetime access does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Use Restore Purchases in TrueLevel while signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase. Existing customers who previously purchased the lifetime TrueLevel Pro unlock retain that access. Purchase restoration depends on Apple confirming a current subscription or lifetime entitlement.
Apple handles billing, taxes, purchase confirmation, subscription management, and refunds. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple and applicable law. Requests can be made through Report a Problem.
TrueLevel's code, design, and original content are owned by Daniil Mukashev. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app except where applicable law permits.
TrueLevel is provided “as is,” without a guarantee that it is error-free or suitable for a particular project. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daniil Mukashev is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to TrueLevel or its purchase options. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are posted.
