TrueLevel Support

TrueLevel is a bubble level and angle-measurement utility powered by your iPhone's motion sensors. Measurements work offline; loading, buying, managing, or restoring TrueLevel Pro requires access to Apple's App Store services.

Free and Pro features

Bubble Level, Angle Finder, and calibration are available without a purchase. TrueLevel Pro unlocks saved readings, Lock & Hold, plumb mode, and haptic confirmation.

Plans, trial, and renewal

• Weekly: U.S. base price $1.99 per week. Eligible customers receive a 3-day free trial; after the trial, it renews weekly unless canceled.
• Yearly: U.S. base price $9.99 per year. It renews yearly unless canceled and has no free trial.
• Lifetime: U.S. base price $14.99 once. It has no free trial and does not renew.

The free trial is available only with the weekly option, and Apple determines eligibility using the customer's subscription and introductory-offer history. Apple displays the applicable localized price and confirms trial eligibility before purchase. Weekly and yearly subscriptions auto-renew until canceled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.

Restore purchases

Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase, connect to the App Store, then open TrueLevel Settings and tap Restore Purchases. The TrueLevel Pro purchase sheet also includes Restore Purchases. Customers who previously bought the lifetime TrueLevel Pro unlock keep that access.

Manage or cancel a subscription

Open Apple's subscription management page, or use Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions on your device. Purchasing lifetime access does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Refunds

Apple processes all purchases and refund requests. Visit Report a Problem to request a refund from Apple.
