Daniil Mukashev does not collect personal data through the TrueLevel app. TrueLevel has no account, advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs, and it does not sell personal data.
Accelerometer and gyroscope readings are processed on device in real time to provide level and angle measurements. Raw sensor readings are not sent to Daniil Mukashev or a developer-operated server.
Calibration, preferences, and readings you choose to save are stored locally on your device. They may be included in a device backup according to your Apple and iCloud settings. Delete saved readings in the app, reset app data where offered, or delete the app to remove its local data.
TrueLevel uses Apple's StoreKit service to load products and to purchase, restore, and verify weekly, yearly, or lifetime Pro access. Any 3-day introductory free trial is limited to the weekly option and is shown only when Apple confirms eligibility. Apple processes the transaction and entitlement information under Apple's Privacy Policy. Daniil Mukashev does not receive or store your payment-card details. Existing lifetime purchasers keep Pro access when Apple verifies that entitlement.
TrueLevel contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. It does not use an advertising identifier or track activity across other companies' apps or websites.
If you email support, your email address and the information you choose to include are received outside the app and used to respond to your request. Do not include sensitive information that is not needed for support. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, maintain essential support records, or comply with legal obligations, then deleted. You may ask for a support message to be deleted by emailing dan1sl6nd@gmail.com, subject to any required legal retention.
